Remember that brief yet monstrous blip on the contemporary music radar when the term “EDM” suddenly came as commonplace as “pop” or “rock n’ roll”? Those 2 years when parents and then grandparents and then great-grandparents across the nation rang their family members asking them about Molly, and bottle service, and Vegas and neon. Remember when you suddenly felt old?
So do we. In fact, we still do.
We had an idea: how about we antiquate these EDM superstars in hopes of making them obsolete? What if we transform them into extinct creatures left to history books and archaeological museums? What if we make them into dinosaurs.
